I am SOOO sorry! I am so late posting these. Life has been absolutely nuts at my house for the past 2 months! This month’s message, is non-specific, just share a message(s) from April 2016 General Conference. I had plans to make lots of General Conference quotes, but that just didn’t happen, so what I did was take my favorite quote from President Thomas S. Monson’s talk. I have a 4×6 file for you as well as a full sheet that you can cut 2 out of.
I ALSO have a General Conference Checklist!! This was my Sister-In-Law’s idea!! You can print one for your Sisters and for yourself. It is a simple checklist of all the talks from General Conference, so that you can keep track of which one’s you have re-read or re-listened to. Genius!! Thank my SIL 🙂
Lastly, I loved the design for this quote and I made extra sizes (4×6, 5×7, & 8×10) and one additional chalkboard version that I am offering in my new Etsy Shop for only $2.99!! This would make a cute permanent Quote to hang in your home, don’t you think??
If you are NEW here, here is the scoop on my FREE Visiting Teaching Printables:
- I ALWAYS create a 4×6 quote jpeg image (so that you can easily use Shutterfly, or Walmart, or whomever you want to print them with, and…
- I ALSO format the quote as two 4x6s on a full sheet of paper, so that if you want to print them at home too, it is just as easy!
- I ALSO make a full sheet lesson handout to match the quote, THIS month, I am doing the checklist, because there is no specific lesson, but USUALLY, this page includes the whole lesson. I think it is especially great for those Sisters that you might be able to only leave something on their doorstep.
If you pick up a 4×6 plastic frame (only like 99 cents at Walmart) with a magnet on it for the fridge, and give one to all of your ladies with their quote for the month. Tell them to KEEP the frame, so that EVERY month, you can come back and print a new 4×6 for their frame. That way, they have a FRESH new quote every month on their fridge reminding them of the lesson and more importantly, reminding them that YOU are there for them whenever they need you!
Free Visiting Teaching Printables Printing Instructions:
The Free Visiting Teaching handout is sized as a 4×6 inch jpeg image (just like a photograph). Take it to your local print shop (Walmart, Costco, etc.), print it on your own printer using the version that has 2 on a page (shown below), OR I love ordering mine (it takes me less than 5 minutes!) from **Shutterfly and I get them in the mail by the next week (seriously easy and cheap!!). The General conference reading list download has Saturday and Sunday morning sessions written twice without having the “afternoon” session written at all. I think the talks are correct. Just the labels above the talks seem to be wrong. Is there a corrected copy that I can down load? Thanks so much for your site! I love it❤️
